This is a 8-12 week strength program that builds muscle, improves skeletal health and boosts metabolism.  Each person has a customized program specific to that person's body and his/her goals.  You will be challenged and coached certain days a week.   Each workout consists a short and intense interval workout.  It is specifically designed to teach you how to lift properly and safely, lose fat, and build muscle, gain strength and power, improve stability and power, and increase speed and endurance.   All while challenging yourself each workout.  Results from this program are felt from the inside OUT!
