FITNESS FUSION

 

Fitness Fusion offers a full body functional workout that builds strength and endurance.  It offers a more challenging and varied workout using all sorts of tools such as sleds, battle rope, tires, sandbags, etc.   It creates a sense of camaraderie among participants.  It is considered a form of high intensity interval training(HIIT) which mixes periods of vigorous activity with short periods of rest and will burn calories for a longer period of time post HIIT.  That mixed with a day of strength training is sure to give you results.   Learn how to lift properly and more confidently while gaining strength and losing fat.
