  • Can I join a group class that already exists?

    Generally, yes! Just give us a call and you can come observe or, if you've completed your STRONGSTART Evaluation, jump right in.

  • How do I decide which class is best for me?

    Part of the STRONGSTART Evaluation is focused on learning about your goals and helping you choose the class or services that will best work for you. In other words, we'll help you out right from the start!

  • What if I have to miss a class?

    If you have to miss a class just text your trainer ahead of time and she'll be able to discuss make up options with you.

  • I don't see Private Training on the schedule. Can I sign up anytime?

    Personal training is actually personal...so we don't put it on our schedule but we will be happy to work with you on a time/day that suits your schedule.

  • How long does the STRONGSTART Evaluation take and what should I bring/wear?

    It's about 30 minutes to an hour. Wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle...we'll do a tour and talk about your goals and challenges.

  • Is BESTRONG Training locally owned?

    We're so local we still see people we went to high school with. And we're proud of that. 

  • What are your operating hours?

    Our class hours are on our schedule. We have private training clients that we meet with at different times and we don't have an "open gym". We like to keep things personal. All that to say that while we don't have our hours listed, we're very available for our clients. 

  • Do you offer discounts for groups, seniors, etc?

    Yes. Give us a call and tell us what you have in mind.

  • Do you only train women?

    No, we train men and women as long as they are at least 13 years old.

  • Are you a Crossfit gym?

     No we are not.   We are a private gym that offers specific strength programs and workshops, group trainings, bootcamps, and one on one training.   

  • Can I purchase Gift Certificates?

    Absolutely. Any dollar or for any service. Just give us a call at (316) 796-5700.
